Music for Canberra is a not-for-profit organisation that provides access to high quality, inspiring, and inclusive musical experiences for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities in the ACT and surrounding regions. We believe that music-making plays a vital role in creating community and friendships, as well as developing and maintaining cognitive function. Music for Canberra prioritises making these benefits accessible for everyone, through curating fun and engaging learning opportunities.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Music in Trumpet Performance from the ANU School of Music and has also studied at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, including with members of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra trumpet section. He has taught since 2006, covering pre-tertiary trumpet at the ANU School of Music and brass at private schools across NSW, QLD and ACT, among them Loreto Kirribilli, St. Aloysius College, St. Aidan's Anglican Girls' School and St. Edmund's College. He works as a conductor and has prepared students for AMEB examinations. Lessons are tailored to each student, with attention to correct playing habits and technique and repertoire chosen around what the student enjoys.
